Conrad N Hilton Foundation Grantee Meeting Accra
The Conrad N Hilton Foundation convened a grantee meeting in Accra with over 70 representatives from Ghana, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, India in October ( 4th- 6th). Aguaconsult Director Harold Lockwood facilitated this three day learning event and presented some key concepts of service delivery monitoring.
