EC Framework Agreement – Lot 12

Humanitarian Aid, Crisis Management and Post-Crisis Assistance

Aguaconsult is a member of a consortium led by Italtrend SPA, which has been awarded a Framework contract for Lot 12 of the Framework Agreements funded by the European Commission (EC), in the field of Humanitarian Aid, Crisis Management and Post-Crisis Assistance. Within this framework, Aguaconsult will be providing specialised inputs in the fields of Disaster Risk Reduction, humanitarian advisory services and response.

Between 2009 and 2014, Aguaconsult will be required to recruit and mobilise consultants with relevant expertise and experience at very short notice. Selected consultants will be contracted to provide inputs into short-term projects in countries that are benefiting from EC humanitarian or development assistance.

As a result, we are proactively seeking consultants with significant expertise in DRR and experience of humanitarian response to add to our database. Consultants should have experience related to project identification, preparation, and implementation or monitoring and evaluation. We are recruiting both senior and junior consultants: senior consultants must have a minimum of ten years of relevant experience, and junior consultants at least three years.
