DELIA SÁNCHEZ TRANCÓN
Delia is a water specialist, with three years’ experience in Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM), soil resource management and expertise in data analysis. Delia has worked for a range of clients including international research centres (UEL, INRA), NGOs (Word Vision), donors/UN-agencies (World Bank, UNICEF, New Zealand Aid and the Australian aid-funded CS WASH Fund). Before joining Aguaconsult, she completed agricultural and water management projects whilst based in Brazil and Panama. In addition, she worked with the World Association of Beet and Cane Growers and Hydroconseil (France) where she developed a methodology to assess the best location for rainwater harvesting system for multi-use purpose in Myanmar. Delia holds an Engineering diploma from the École National Supérieure – Supagro in France in land and water management. In addition, she did her Erasmus at Wageningen University (the Netherlands). Delia has particular experience in Central and Latin America, as well as South-East Asia. She is fluent in Spanish, French and English, as well as having a working knowledge of Portuguese.
