DELIA SÁNCHEZ TRANCÓN
Delia is an Integrated Water Resource Management specialist, with particular experience in water and sanitation sectors. Since 2016, she has provided advisory and research services on project evaluation, data analysis and monitoring, tool development, sector assessments, training and facilitation. Previously, she was based in Central America and South America while carrying out research on soil and water conservation for agriculture. She has experience of field work as well as desk-based research mostly in Latin America, South East Asia and East Africa. Delia has worked on large-scale research and evaluations projects in water and sanitation for a variety of donors (CGG, CS WASH Fund, DFID, IRC, UNICEF, Water.org, Water for People, World Bank, World Vision, WHO and New Zealand Aid). Furthermore, she has advanced analytical skills which have allowed her to develop and conduct surveys and impact evaluations, including inferential analysis, at household level and mapping for the WASH sector.
Delia qualified as an Engineer from the Grande Ecole Nationale Supagro in Montpellier, France and she is fluent in Spanish and French with a high level of English and intermediate level of Portuguese.
