Short case study for Sanitation and Water for All (SWA), commissioned via IRC under FCDO's WASH Systems for Health programme. Documents processes of utility performance improvement in Kenya, regulatory measures to enhance utility performance, and resulting financial results.

Global analysis of the status and strength of WASH systems across ten WaterAid country programmes, based on two baseline assessments (WASH system building block assessment and WASH service level assessment). Deliverables: consolidated global analysis report, ten country summaries/factsheets, and a learning brief.

Capturing evidence of the impact of the Agenda for Change Technical Assistance Facility (Phase 2) on WASH systems strengthening. Reviewed TA activities in six country collaborations, identified systems-level impact, documented stories of change.

Conducted   a feasibility atudy for the state of Madhya Pradesh to understand how a WASH in schools program in urban areas could implemented. This study included an economy analysis, stakeholder mapping at three levels as well as an implementation strategy.

Joint Venture with Athena Infonomics and Aguaconsult to design, develop and implement LEWA's Integrated Regulatory Information Management System (LeIRIMS). Aguaconsult's role focuses on regulatory expertise, institutional analysis and WASH data systems.

Phase 2 of the Climate Resilience Assessment and Guidance Tool initiative, covering finalised guidance notes, a resource-sharing platform, and dissemination through conferences and online workshops. Jointly funded by Shockwave and Osprey.

Short assignment subcontracted by Uytewaal Consultancies (lead consultant to the Palestine Water Authority) to undertake a strategic donors' mapping and engagement plan for the Palestinian water sector.

Strategic framework to prepare Malawi for the post-SDG era (beyond 2030) on Water Supply and Sanitation (SDG 6). Documents and analyses system-level changes achieved in rural WASH system strengthening in Malawi, generating regional insights and lessons. Positions the Ministry of Water and Sanitation for a regional dialogue linking the post-SDG agenda to government-led stakeholder action.

Multi-country study examining government leadership in WASH systems strengthening, delivered in two stages. Phase 1 developed the conceptual framework and identified case-study countries. Phase 2 produced synthesis and six country case study reports.
