We are looking for a Senior WASH Specialist to help us to expand and deliver a pipeline of highly strategic projects. Do you have deep expertise in policies, institutions, and regulation and a hunger to work at the global level? If yes, we would love to hear from you!

Aguaconsult is an Employee-Owned consultancy with a strong global reputation. This role sits at the heart of what we do: helping governments build the institutions and regulatory frameworks that make sustainable and resilient water and sanitation services possible. If you're a sector expert with a passion for policy, regulation, and real-world impact, we'd love to hear from you.


The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the WASH sector, with a strong track record in regulation, accountability mechanisms, and institutional reform.

Visa sponsorship and relocation to the UK is available for this role (UK Skilled Worker route), and for exceptional candidates, working from Zambia or another country where Aguaconsult operates is possible.
