Aguaconsult COVID-19 Update

As the COVID-19 situation gets more critical and all our personal and working lives become ever more restricted, at Aguaconsult, we are also adjusting to how we operate as a company. By taking measures in line with UK government’s advice, we aim to help reduce the spread of the virus, maintain business operations and continue to deliver services to our clients. COVID-19 has created significant challenges for all companies. However, we want to reassure you that we are in a strong position to carry on operating effectively with established working practices that make us well placed to ensure continuity, while supporting efforts to reduce the spread of the virus.

In line with government advice, we have restricted the staff working from our main office in Wivenhoe to an absolute minimum until further notice. All other staff continue to work full-time from remote locations, and we are accustomed to operating along these lines, so you should not see a disruption in our services. We have established protocols and IT solutions to support remote working and ensure we can deliver our work to the highest standards.

We have suspended international travel for all our staff and associates in order to limit potential exposure to, and transmission of, COVID-19. We are confident that we will be able to deliver the high-quality work our partners have come to expect through our established global networks and remote-working capabilities.

We are grateful to all our clients, partners and suppliers who are showing flexibility and understanding in this challenging and unprecedented period. In this fast evolving and challenging context, we will continue to review the situation and our response to it. Communication is vital in the coming weeks, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns or issues relating to our work.
