Wasudha is a Climate and Water Specialist with over nine years of experience working across climate resilience, water resources, environmental sustainability and sustainable development in South Asia, Europe and the Middle East and North Africa. At Aguaconsult, she contributes to climate-focused assignments at global, regional and country levels, supporting research, project delivery, technical analysis, knowledge development and business development, with a particular interest in the links between climate resilience, climate finance, water and sustainable development.

Before joining Aguaconsult, Wasudha worked with the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), contributing to international development projects across diverse geographic and institutional contexts. Her experience includes climate adaptation and resilience, water and environmental assessment, nature-based solutions, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, proposal development, technical reporting, monitoring and evaluation, project management, stakeholder engagement, and working with governments, development partners, research institutions and local organizations.

Wasudha is an ERASMUS+ scholar and holds a PhD in Civil Engineering, specializing in environmental engineering. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed international journals and recognized through academic awards and research collaborations, with an h-index of 7 on Google Scholar. Her interdisciplinary background combines climate and environmental science, is enabling her to bridge research, policy, and practical implementation.
